    This is the only shellfish i dare to eat, other shelldfish are freaking wierd in shapes! Also, this type of shellfish is everywhere in South East Asia. Its very cheap too.

    I’d love to see you attempt sushi again. You did pretty good for being a first timer. I think someone already said it, but if you keep your fingers a little wet with water, the rice won’t stick to you. Making sushi is so much fun and you can get really creative with it. I also adore your videos, with and without subtitles. I’ve learned a lot about seafood preparation from you over the years. 🖤
