just a little tip put like 4 tablespoons of brown vinegar in the water when you boil the crabs it helps firm up the meat and i personally would have cooked those crabs for around 20mins, throw them in when you have a rolling boil then keep them in for anywhere between 15-20mins after it has come back to the boil and the meat wont dry out on you
